At Boing Zone, we have reviewed every part of our operations and have implemented an extensive range of safety measures to ensure we adhere to government and local authority guidelines to create a safe experience for all guests and staff, and this includes our activities.

The safety measures that are being and have been introduced are intended to minimise the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our attractions acknowledges that they do so at their own risk

If you are feeling unwell, with any of the following symptoms of Covid-19, we ask that you please do not visit the Park.

  • High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back and your temperature is in excess of 38.0c.

  • A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

  • Loss of smell or taste – this can be a sign of respiratory infections

You will be temperature checked before admission and customers with a cough or high temperature may be refused entry.

If possible keep 2 metres apart at all times, in exceptional cases only you can reduce the distance to 1 metre.

Please supervise all children on the park at all times and ensure they follow social distancing guidelines.

Refrain from gathering in groups of more than 30 people.

Limit your group to only members of two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households as stipulated by the government.

Wash your hands with soap and water throughout the day for at least 20 seconds.

Use sanitizer when moving from one area to another.
